Terms & Conditions

Last updated 13 August 2026

1. Booking and deposit

A charter is reserved when a 25% deposit is received against the quoted rate. Quotes are held for 72 hours and dates are not held without a deposit. All prices are in US dollars.

2. Balance and extras

The balance is due 48 hours before departure. Fuel surcharges, catering, alcohol, dockage at destination marinas and crew gratuity (customarily 15–20%) are additional and confirmed in writing before departure.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations more than 14 days before departure receive a full deposit refund. Inside 14 days the deposit converts to a credit valid twelve months. Cancellation inside 48 hours, or a no-show, forfeits the deposit.

4. Weather and captain's authority

The captain has sole authority over the vessel, route and whether conditions allow departure. If the captain cancels for weather or mechanical reasons, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund of amounts paid.

5. Guests and conduct

Guest counts may not exceed the vessel's licensed capacity of twelve guests plus crew. Illegal substances, firearms and unlicensed commercial activity are prohibited aboard. The captain may end a charter without refund for conduct that endangers the vessel, crew or guests.

6. Damage and liability

The charterer is responsible for loss or damage caused by guests beyond normal wear. Vessels carry full charter insurance; guests participate in water sports and toy use at their own risk. LIVRICH is not liable for personal property lost aboard.

7. International passages

For Bahamas and other international itineraries every guest must carry a valid passport. Guests are responsible for their own eligibility to enter; charters cannot be refunded for denied entry.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County.
