Information we collect
When you request a quote or book a charter we collect your name, email address, phone number, charter details (yacht, date, departure slot, guest count and add-ons) and any notes you send us. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, confirm and operate your charter, send booking confirmations and receipts, coordinate crew, catering and transfers, and respond to questions. With your consent we may occasionally send charter availability or seasonal offers; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the captain and crew of your yacht, the vessel owner, and any vendors you have booked through us (chef, photographer, transport). We also use service providers for payment processing, email delivery and hosting. We do not sell your information.
Retention
Booking records and payment references are kept for as long as required for accounting, insurance and legal purposes. Inquiry details that never become bookings are removed within 24 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, at any time by writing to charter@livrich.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies and local browser storage to keep your booking in progress and to remember preferences. No advertising trackers are used.
