Booking & deposits
How do I hold a date?
Pick your yacht, date and departure slot in the booking flow and pay a 25% deposit by card. The slot is held the moment the payment clears.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes — fully refundable up to 14 days before departure. Inside 14 days it converts to a credit valid for twelve months.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is settled with the concierge 48 hours before departure, or on the dock by card if you prefer.
Do you send a confirmation?
A confirmation email with your LR reference number and deposit status is sent as soon as the payment is processed.

On the day
What's included in the rate?
Yacht, licensed captain and crew, insurance, ice, water, soft drinks and standard water toys. Fuel, gratuity, catering and alcohol are quoted separately and always shown before you commit.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
Yes on most yachts. A few owners require our catering partner for hot service; we'll tell you which before you book.
How many guests can we bring?
US-flagged charter yachts carry up to twelve guests plus crew. Larger groups run on two yachts in company.
What should we bring?
Soft-soled shoes or bare feet, sunscreen, a light layer for sunset runs and a card for the balance and gratuity.

Weather & travel
What happens if the weather turns?
Captains make the call the morning of. You can reschedule to any open date within twelve months at no charge.
Do you handle Bahamas clearance?
We file the cruising permit, immigration and customs paperwork for every international passage.
Where do we board?
Miami Beach, Downtown, Coconut Grove and Fort Lauderdale are standard. Other marinas are possible with notice.
